DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. 

Free Delivery

All orders shipped to a UK address qualify for free standard delivery (within 2 to 3 days).

Express Delivery

We offer an express delivery option for items shipped to a UK address for an additional fee. This can be selected at checkout. In most cases, items shipped with express option are delivered within 24 hours from dispatch. In rare cases, items can take up to 48 hours to be delivered, particularly to addresses in the Scottish Highlands and British Isles.

Couriers & Services

The majority of our items are sent with Royal Mail, however no tracking information is included with free UK standard delivery. Heavier items are sent with the delivery courier Hermes and will include tracking details. These will be forwarded to you via email. 

Worldwide Delivery

We are hoping to continue to increase our customer base in other countries and are very happy to ship items to international addresses. If you do not find your country listed on our website, please get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page and we will be pleased to offer you a personalised quote. All of our international shipments are sent through trackable services. Tracking details will be forwarded to you via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times are as following:

  • Standard Delivery – 2 to 3 days 

  • Express Delivery – 1 to 2 days 

  • International Delivery 7 to 21 days

RETURNS

Thompson's Tips offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. We would request you read our returns policy before placing your order.

Returns & Product Condition

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. For a valid replacement or full refund, you must ensure that the product is in its unused form and in original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage. We request you return the item(s) in secure packaging and it is up to the customer to ensure that the returned item reaches us. We will not accept proof of postage. We would recommend using a signed-for or tracked service that ensures that the item reaches us. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

In case of damaged or faulty items we may offer a product replacement or refund based on following process:

  1. You should contact us to report a damage/fault.

  2. We may require you to email us a picture of the damage/fault.

  3. We may request that any faulty item(s) are returned to us.

  4. Kindly do not return a faulty item unless we request you do so.

  5. Where possible, we will always offer a replacement item. If this is not acceptable for any reason, a full refund will then be offered.

  6. We will refund any P&P costs incurred on all returned items which are accepted as damaged/faulty (exc. international purchases).

International Returns

All our international customers are required to bear the cost of the return postage.
